Ordered the dragon handled tankard for my Grandsons 18th Birthday. I had great communications all through the process of deciding on the art work ( engraving) and the inscription. I wanted the “Rock Horns” to be the main feature for the art, my Grandson is a metal head 😂 and I knew he would love that. I was really impressed that the hand depicted, was very detailed and intricate and yes my Grandsons face lit up when he saw it, he loves it, secretly, I think it was his favourite present and keepsake. The tankard came in a lovely gift box and was contained in a really thick large velvet drawstring bag, great ! All in all this was a smooth and very good experience, help/ideas were quickly shared and all questions answered promptly. I would without hesitation recommend this company to anyone. One very happy Grandson and a relieved Grandma 😊👍
