We got a great tankard for a retiring colleague. Engraced with our company logo and some words. The engraver sent across the proofs before commiting so I was able to take a look and approve. Fast delivery too, I can highly recommend.
I ordered one for my father with a custom engraving and display case for Father’s Day. Paid for express shipping since it was coming from the UK to USA, it wasn’t cheap. When it arrived it was a tankard without a glass bottom, but the engraving was perfect and the display box was much nicer than I expected. I reached out to the company and they sent me the right tankard with the glass bottom to me and I had it within 3 days. Most companies you would have to jump through hoops for that. But they did everything they could to make it right and they did. My father loved it.
Very happy with our tankard which we are giving away as a prize. Artwork was sent quickly for proofing and the tankard itself is lovely quality. Recommended.
