The tankard is good quality. It’s a nice weight and solidly made. Excellent service to personalise my tankard with a complex design. It was really helpful to see mock ups before going ahead. We’ll be back for more!
I contacted buy a tankard to supply a custom tankard in memory of a dear friend. They couldn’t have been more helpful and when the tankard arrived I couldn’t have been happier. Very happy with the product and service, would definitely recommend!
I ordered this with next delivery and paid an additional £12.99 for it to get here. The item actually arrived five days after I ordered and I contacted customer services (this was on 24th June) and I’m still waiting for a reply as to why my item wasn’t shipped and delivered as promised and paid for. The item itself was lovely and very well received by the recipient but was late for their event which was disappointing.
