I will never order from this company again, the item never turned up, I sent 3 emails and had zero response, I am now taking the issue up with my bank to try and get a refund
Beautiful keepsake gift to have for a lifetime. The mug arrived in a lovely satin lined gift box adding to the presentation. I wish the engraving had been a little deeper- is would have been easier to read, but just a minor observation.
