Over the years I have bought many custom tankards as leaving gifts for colleagues and students. The team are very responsive and communicative and can tell you exactly the size your design can be, the widths of line can make etc. If you can make a design to this spec in a vector graphics program (I use inkscape, it's free) and send an eps file, you will get your design rendered exactly as you wanted it. For this level of service and the excellent communication, I'd say their products are a bargain and I'll definitely be ordering more in the future! Cheers P
Looked everywhere for a 21 key but they rare nowdays. We came across this by accident but so pleased we did. Its something diffrent that will last a long time.
