Online Exchange System

Welcome to our online exchange system. This system is used to calculate how much is payable for your return shipping charge (ie the cost of us shipping your replacement item to you). If you have more than one item you wish to exchange please add each item exchange to your cart separately.

How to use:

1. Select the item description which matches your item from the drop down menu. Fill in all fields below with the relevant information. Please ensure you include any necessary sizes and colours.

2. Complete the checkout procedure by adding the item to your shopping cart, entering the address you would like the replacement goods sent to and finally by selecting your preferred shipping method for the new exchange item.
   

3. Securely wrap your item with all original tags and wrappings, and clearly mark your new exchange order number on the outside of the package (and "Returned Goods" if overseas) and send it back to us. We recommend sending your package via Recorded delivery. 

4. You can log into 'My Account' at any time to check the status of your exchange.
