Welcome to our online returns and exchanges system. This item is payment for your return shipping charge (ie the cost of us shipping your replacement items to you).
Use this service when:
All your items are unworn, in the original wrapping and have all the tags still attached
Total weight of your return exceeds 1kg (eg kilts, jackets)
The shipping address is in the UK
Do not use this service if:
Your items are worn or damaged, or you are requesting a refund
Total weight is below 1kg (eg hip flask, tankard, shirt, sporran)
The shipping address is outside the UK
How to use:
Enter the order number for the items you are returning. Clearly list the items you are returning in the first box, and the items you would like them exchanged for in the second box. Please ensure you include all necessary sizes and colours.
Complete the checkout procedure by adding this item to your shopping cart, entering the address you would like the replacement goods sent to and finally by paying the return postage charge. Please make a note of your order number upon checkout completion (either on the 'Checkout Success' page, or by viewing your order history in 'My Account'.
Securely wrap your items and clearly write the order number on the outside of the package ( and "Returned Goods" if overseas) and send them back to us. We recommend using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery. You can log into 'My Account' at any time to check the status of your return.
