I would like to take this opportunity to thank you sincerely for the helpful, friendly, reliable service that you have provided. Had it not been for your hard work I would not have had this tankard to give to my boyfriend on Christmas morning after being let down by another company so close to Christmas.
As a student, it has taken me a while to save up for this special present and I am absolutely thrilled to bits with it and also with the engraving which is stunning. It is not only the product that I am thrilled to bits with, but the service as a whole - the lady I spoke to on the phone on Tuesday (7th Dec) was so understanding of my situation and so friendly, and I received the tankard today (10th Dec) so it must have been pushed through in response to my plea! I just wanted to say a big thank you to you all.
