Superb! Review by Mick Palmer
I find it difficult to express just how pleased I was with the tankard you made for our club. Your staff have been so helpful and accommodating that the whole process of ordering, fabricating and engraving a semi-bespoke piece, such as we ordered, has been an absolute pleasure.
Your products speak for themselves, but for sheer politeness, patience and professionalism your staff, both over the phone and in the workshop, deserve the highest praise. Thank you.

Good Review by KhengBoon
4.5 stars because of the blemishes on the handle!
The engraving was done superbly. Overall a nice tankard.
But I would have preferred the finishing shown on the product page.
Oh, it was not despatched on the same day even though I ordered in time. ;>
Edit from Rachel : So sorry we didnt' ship the same day, it did take us a little longer to prepare the artwork but we shoul dhave let you know. As for the blemished this is usually just dried polish. Please give it a little wash with soap and water and they should come right off. (Posted on 12/08/2015)
