I just received my tankard and it is the first on in what I hope to be a collection. I made my own graphic logo and gave them instructions on where I wanted it placed and it was exactly as I requested. Perfect job. I am very happy. The finish is high gloss and the inside is spun satin. Very nice classic styling. The order transaction was perfect and everyone I spoke with was very helpful. The order came to me very quickly considering I am in the US. Ordered with logo and name custom engraving on Feb.10 and received Feb.24 in USA. Excellent purchase and very nice quality product. Just received my first pewter tankard. I chose the Monk for its traditional styling and character. I had it engraved from a photo I edited in Photoshop with added text, and also had my name engraved on it. I drew a picture of what i wanted the end result to look like and how I wanted everything placed and it came exactly as i wanted. Also the shipping and order to delivery time was actually very fast considering it was coming here to USA. The service and order process was flawless and the people I communicated with were excellent. The finish on the tankard was mirror polish with spun satin on the inside.
