I had recently purchased very low quality pewter "looking" tankards, that were advertised as 16 oz., but they were only 12 oz. from a different company. The engraving was so hard too see, that I sent them back. Luckily the other company honored it's mistaken advertisement. I found this site, and chatted online with Rachel about these tankards. She went above in beyond explaining the details of the product, their commitment to customer service, and even sent me pictures of the engraving process, and some sample pieces. I was sold. After purchasing 6 of them I received them in about a week or so. Very quick shipment and delivery. They are beautiful! Exactly what I expected. Engravings are very legible, and the pewter is high quality. I was so happy that I am going to purchase a brass rimmed tankard for myself.
